2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Use good quality chocolate to make this mousse. If you have opted for chocolate block, grate it. The second ingredient you will need is warm water. The water melts chocolate just like warm cream, and you will get smooth chocolate with pouring consistency. Now, place this bowl over iced water, and whisk until yet thick, airy mousse. To do this, you can either use an electric handheld mixer or a regular whisk. The former will give you thick mousse in just 3-4 minutes while the latter will require about 10 minutes vigorous whisking. Once you achieve the right consistency, refrigerate for about 2 hours. Finally, garnish.
