Do you want to cook more plants? Voraciously: Plant Powered is a free newsletter series with 24 exclusive NEW plant-forward dinner recipes, tips, & shopping lists, all written by us! It’s designed for anyone, no matter your diet or experience in the kitchen. Alex and I are thrilled to be working with the talented teams at Washington Post Food and Voraciously on this “mini cookbook” that’s delivered to your inbox. We’ve bought thousands of groceries (yes, they know us at the checkout counter), taste tested until we’re blue in the face, and fidgeted through writer’s block. And we’re so excited to finally share it with you!

What will arrive in your inbox each week

Two main-dish dinner recipes per week — one vegan and the other vegetarian (includes dairy and eggs). Tips for easy meat or seafood additions for the flexitarians among us. Recipes that are designed for one or two people but are easily scalable. A budget-conscious weekly grocery list that includes both meals, to simplify your shopping.
