Aloo Palak Recipe
The very step is heating up a little oil in a frying pan. Then, fry cumin seeds and a couple of dried red chilies. Add onions and let the onions brown. Stir fry garlic and green chilies. When fragrant, add the tomatoes and potatoes. At this stage, you’ll need to cook the potatoes until they are tender. Stir in the ground spices – ground turmeric, ground coriander and red chili powder- and fry until the raw smell disappears. Now, add spinach. Cook until the leaves wilt. Finally, stir in some garam masala and coriander leaves. Heat through. Serve this aloo palak with parathas and steamed rice.
