However, I had to cook the potatoes for 30 mins in the pan to make it soft although I had boiled it initially. Thanks to your wonderful recipe. I just made this recipe and converted it for an electric pressure cooker. Besides cutting back a tad on the water, I also had to cube the potatoes, because of course, they went in raw, not cooked. Worked like a charm, and very tasty. Can you suggest a second dish to complement this one that I could serve along side it and the rice? Your veg receipes are so good n tasty….i just love them.
