There’s something about burgers that I can’t resist. I love simple burgers with well balanced flavours – flavours that bloom in your mouth. Let’s bring in some adjectives here – soft bun, juicy patty, crisp veggies, melting cheese – now that’s burger perfect. And it makes your taste buds say, ‘wow’. The Asian flavours used in the recipe give it a nice twist, and makes it extra special. As of right now, I can’t think about a better chicken burger recipe.
