Marinade – Basically, it’s a delectable combo of sweet and savory flavors. The base is the classic ketchup alongside soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. The sweet addition comes from honey and brown sugar. They also make the ribs sticky and give that “glazed” look. Reserve about 1/4 cup marinade to make the dipping sauce. Prep the ribs – Brush the ribs generously with the marinade. Then, bake for about an hour depending on the size of the ribs. When done, they will get a beautiful glaze on the ribs. Absolutely lip-smacking! The sauce – The reserved marinade is combined with beef stock to create the sauce. This mixture is simmered over medium heat for about 5 minutes. You’ll get a thick sauce to dip your ribs in. And trust me, the flavors are out of this world.
