Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Total Time 15 minutes Ingredients Ingredients for Burger Patty 250 g beef mince 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tbsp parsley or oregano or rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp ground coriander ¼ cup breadcrumbs Salt and pepper Ingredients for Burger Patty II 250g beef mince 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped ½ of one egg, beaten 1 tsp paprika ¼ cup breadcrumbs Salt and pepper Instructions In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients together except salt and pepper. Then season with salt and pepper. Make small balls out of the mixture and flatten them to make patties. Shallow fry or grill the patties.
