Chocolate buttercream frosting:
Make frosting according to recipe instructions here
Oreo sand:
Place oreos in a food processor. process to a fine powder. Set aside.
Strawberry carrots:
Add red and yellow colors to melted white chocolate nd stir to make orange chocolate. You can also use orange candy melts, just melt them according to the package instructions. Dip strawberries in the chocolate and arrange on a baking tray. Refrigerate until set.
Assemble:
Pipe chocolate buttercream frosting onto the cooled cupcakes. Sprinkle with oreo sand. Top with strawberry carrots.
