Cauliflower crust pizza – absolutely perfect for your pizza cravings when you want to eat healthy. It’s hard to believe, there was a time in my life when I really hated cauliflower. The fact is I adore this vegetable now. Now I think anything made with cauliflower is simply delicious and adds a wow factor to your meal. Seriously, your likes and preferences always change as you grow older. These days I make this cauliflower crust pizza whenever I want to turn my fast food craving into a healthy, guilt-free treat. Of course, this crust is not as crispy and chewy as the real one, but you could enjoy it with your favorite toppings. Riced cauliflower is flavored with herbs and cheese. Just don’t skimp on the herbs. It imparts a wonderful flavor to the crust. In the end, the crust doesn’t even taste like cauliflower at all.
