Dear Manjula Hello!thank u very much for ur gr8 &delicious receipes.I have tried some of ur receipes & they have turned out lip smacking.This receipe of ur”s resembles very much to the one i prepare.Idon”t use Asafoetida.Potato chips/slices.Raisins Chana Dal orturmeric.But i will try this receipe definitely.I want 2 no how to make potato slices{i mean how to slice them so finely ,should they be fried & when should they be added Is there any other snack which is oil free& can be stored for a fortnight in airtight containers?
