Hi Manjula I tried making cocunut ladoos last night but couldn’t form the balls. Any ideas what I should do? My mixture is ready but i can see it’s not too powdery as I grated fresh cocunuts. pls help. May be ladoo mix is too dry, add a spoon of warm milk Could I roll laddoos in coconut powder after cooking / mixing in sweetened milk. I have lots of coconut powder at home. Please advise Nilima, it should be good Thank you for this yummy looking recipe. What is the shelf life for this laddoo and how do we store it? Thanks Christina, ladoo can refrigerate them for about two weeks Hello mam Like all ur recipes .wanted to ask can I use coconut (gola, dry Coconut ) for making ladoo. Neha, it will work but texture will be different Dear Manjula, I did this delicious recipe twice, once with a mix of cow milk and coconut milk (because I didn’t have enough milk at the moment) and yesterday with coconut milk only for a lactose-intolerant friend. They were both delicious, though I prefer the milk version because of taste and one problem I had with coconut milk: near the end it released coconut oil, lots of it, so I sieved most of it away to form the ladoos. It was still good though. When I boiled my coconut in 3 cups of milk, it took me much longer than 30 mins for it to form into something more solid.. any thought as to why? P it could be always few minutes more or less Hello Manjula Aunty, thanks for your recipe.. I have made ladoos using your recipe many times and it turned out perfect every single time… This time when I made it, I got stuck and couldn’t form balls when mixture was warm.. Now balls are not getting formed and it’s become crumbly.. Should I warm the mixture again.. Please help.. I wanted to use this ladoo for diwali Pooja tonight.. Thanks in advance for help.. Please if anyone else also knows.. Do help pls… Shruti, Happy Diwali, add little hot milk to the mixture I tried to make it today but it didn’t worked for me. was it because i used boiled milk and did not boiled the milk with the coconut as the recepi says?
