Ingredients
Bread – Use good quality bread, white, wholemeal or multigrain, for better taste and texture.Garlic – Fresh garlic is a must in this recipe, it’s one of the key ingredients imparting the incredible flavor.Butter – Softened or melted butter that can be easily combined with garlic and parsley. Also make sure you use the unsalted variety.Parsley – I used fresh chopped parsley, one of the my favorite flavors in this garlic bread grilled cheese recipe. Feel free to substitute it with other herbs like mint or rosemary.Cheese – Mozzarella is my favorite choice here, but any easy-to-melt cheese like cheddar will work. How To Make Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Make garlic butter: Just combine together melted or softened butter, fresh garlic and parsley. Add a pinch of salt to season it. Toast grilled cheese: Spread the garlic butter on one side of the slices. To make this over the stove, a little butter in a pan and place the one slice with the buttered side down in the pan. While it’s toasting, top it with grated cheese. Now, place another bread slice on top. When one side is crisp, flip over to brown the other side.
