For sauce what kind/brand Italian herb do you use? had made pizza at home few days back with amul mozrella cheese but it became very oily as cheese left all its oil n was not tasty at all. reviewfantasy, I have never used amul mozrella cheese, I don’t know what to say I tried this recipe yesterday and it was really easy. The pizza was very tasty. Tomorrow again I m going to try this recipe. Thanks for sharing these recipes. I am waiting for your next recipe. Tried this recipe for the first time today. Came out really good. We will never be buying pizza outside anymore…tasty! Thanks Manjula Wow! this pizza recipe of yours turned beautifully thanks. My sister’s kid is always fond of Pizza. I will prepare for them this time they visit me Lovely recipe… tastes just like a restaurant pizza… I am a jain too and most of my guests do not eat yeast products. How can i replace that to get the same taste. I would like to cook in oven only. Not on stove top. Dipa, I am Italian and sometimes I have the same problem…if you don’t want to use dry yeast you can make your own sourdough (but it takes a long time and some care, and I don’t think it’s jain), or use baking powder. For now the best results I have had are with baking powder and some yogurt in the mix, let it sit for a while before baking it, it will turn soft not like cardboard. But I can’t help you with this specific recipe. Can you tell me how I bake it with a microwave /otg grill oven. Temperature ? Time ? Pls on an otg grill? Saran I have never made in microwave, but may be you can make on stove top I have done the video for that here is the link https://manjulaskitchen.com/stove-top-pizza/ How can we make pizza widout oven ? Komal, check this recipe https://manjulaskitchen.com/stove-top-pizza/ Dear mam thanks so much for this do u think sour curd can b used to make dough for pizza as yeast is doubtful to use so asking plz do reply n inform us thanks Manjula-ji, First, thanks for your wonderful recipes and nice instructions! Here in India, would you know if there are ways of mimicing a regular oven with either a gas stove or an electric OTG? Also could you show how to make a Chicago-style (Pizzeria Uno style) deep dish pizza? Preferably with a yeast substitute rather than with yeast? (Would curd work like yeast? ) Thanks! wat is your recipe in grams? i have treid pizza twice so far and it did not turn out well the both times.the crust did not cook well and did not increase in saize( i ment while in the oven). i dont know what i amdoung wrong. and this time the pan wasfull with water. mat be addind too many vegies? bcz of the water the base did not cook at all. the sauce tasted very well. can you please help me why i am having all these issue? thanks Raj, depends the veggies you are using, if you want to use lot of veggies for topping it is a good idea to stir fry them before so most of the water has evaporated. If your pizza crust didn’t rise , check the yeast packet and make sure it hasn’t expired. Also the water should be slightly warm. To hat will kill the yeast. manjula aunty all ur recipes r simple n tasty. I had made pizza at home few days back with amul mozrella cheese but it became very oily as cheese left all its oil n was not tasty at all. Can u please tell me remedy for this ? Thanx !!! Arunima, I have never used amul cheese, may be check out other brand of cheese available. hi there, Do you know of a wheat free way of making the base, which will actually taste nice. Thanks Kam Dear Manjula ji, I tried this recipe and the texture of pizza base turned out good but not really OK taste-wise. The reason I guess is maybe an amount of yeast taken is not correct and it should be measured by the tea spoon and not by the table spoon i e one tea spoon will work with the amount of flour you have mentioned. I have tried like this and the result was nice. Please tell your suggestions and more tips! Thanks.. Madam, I have tried many of ur recipies and they have turned out good. I just have a small request if you can replace recipies using whole wheat flour instead of maida for the dishes to turn out healthier at the same time tastier. I substitute maida with whole wheat flour in almost every recipe and it turns out equally good . I also do not put corn starch at all in the sauces and the sauces taste and look just fine. thanks ma’am, I like your recipes too much, I am a from a background where we do not ate onions and garlic and there is very less recipes without it I found whenever I searched.thanks again because of your recipes I can cook anything equally or more tasty dishes from those dishes.
