Few things get me out of bed faster than the promise of a light and refreshing strawberry smoothie. My keto smoothie recipe uses strawberries (my favorite low-carb fruit!) and transforms it into a creamy smoothie. It has the texture and flavor of soft-serve ice cream, but like guilt-free ice cream, that’s actually good for you!
Why I love this recipe
Made with 3 ingredients. Not including the ice, all you need is milk, condensed milk (or yogurt), and strawberries! Naturally sweetened. There are no bananas, no syrups, no sweeteners, nada. All the sweetness comes naturally from the strawberries. Easy to customize. I’ve made this smoothie a million different ways, and as long as you get the proper ratio of ingredients, it’s guaranteed to taste divine. A healthy treat. Strawberries are naturally high in fiber and antioxidants while being low in carbs and calories. It’s a win-win!
Ingredients needed
Milk. I use unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk, but any keto milk will work. Keto condensed milk. Just a little bit for extra richness, sweetness, AND thickness. I used sugar free condensed milk. You can also use Greek yogurt. Ice. Crushed ice gives the smoothie thickness and bulk without added carbs or calories! Strawberries. Since we’re adding ice, you can use fresh or frozen strawberries.

Arman’s recipe tips
Make it even creamier. Swap the milk for heavy cream or canned unsweetened coconut milk. Bulk it up. Add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. Add a touch of sweetness. I know I said this smoothie doesn’t NEED sweetener, but that doesn’t mean you can’t add it because you want to. Give the smoothie a taste and add a little erythritol, monk fruit, or keto maple syrup if you think it’s needed. Add some healthy fats, like avocado, chia seeds, flax seeds, or MCT oil.
