Dear Manjula I am missing bread and need gluten free, yeast free and egg free. Since I have found your site I am having lovely breads like this for my soup, casseroles and home made veggie burgers. I enjoy your cutlets and your kofta type balls which I flatten to little fritters on the griddle. I really enjoy your recipes and noticed a bread uttapam earlier, I can use gf bread (bought) and make it good to eat now. Lovely idea,Mao quick but it will be a real standby here. Thank you.
