Obviously, there’s an unexpected superiority that they maintain in the culinary world. Masala noodles with an Indo Chinese twist to feature a fusion of Indian and Chinese flavors. Two opposing flavors that work so well together make this a very popular street food.
How To Make Masala Noodles
Start with prepping the noodles. Just follow the package directions to make noodles the right way. To make the noodles, start with heating oil in a large wok. Make sure you cook the noodles over high heat, and all the ingredients must be ready beforehand. Once the onions, garlic and ginger get a quick stir fry in the wok, add the veggies and stir fry until they are slightly tender. The spices go in next – ground cumin, red chili powder, ground black pepper and chat masala. One of the key spices in this recipe is chat masala which is commonly used in Indian street foods. Next, the eggs. If you don’t like eggs, omit them. Trust me, they taste so good with the spices in the noodles. Apart from eggs, you can also add cooked shredded chicken or your favorite meat. Finally, the cooked noodles go into the pan alongside soy sauce and beautiful greens of spring onions. The final splash of lemon juice gives it a delicious tangy flavor. And done! Delicious masala noodles to adorn your weeknight dinner table.
