Thankyou so much aunty. Meenakshi Manjula Ji Namaskar I have been looking & of course cooking a lot of recepie from Ur site. Thought of adding something new to Ur collection. Moog Dal ka halwa can be made very fast (faster than Ur way) at home – I give U hint of it – Rest U can expand Instead of soaking daal – Dry Grind it in normal kitchen grinder, cook well (till light golden brown) in Ghee (as we do for atta halwa) & then pour in mixture of Water & milk (equal quantities) and cook ir further. The cooked dal absorbs it all very fast. Feels like heavily mixed Khoya. Try it! Its so fast to cook. 5-7 min in total Regards sanjay Gulati Musafir Sanjay, Thank you for the tip.
