I really love the flavorful tandoori chicken and baked tandoori fish featuring this highly addictive homemade marinade. And now I have a bonus recipe for you bringing the amazing flavors of tandoori paste to your kitchen. It’s really a great way to make cooking easy without compromising on the taste. Pan fried tandoori fish. A simplified version of my baked tandoori fish recipe. Everything about this fried fish recipe is simply delicious. It’s moderately spiced, healthy and perfectly flavored to create one of the very best fried fish dishes I’ve ever eaten. Pair it with your favorite rice to enjoy an amazingly delicious meal. This recipe is just perfect for any day of the week, but I think it’s really the best addition to any upcoming celebrations. As I mentioned, tandoori paste is going to be the key element of this recipe. Basically, it’s a simple combo of traditional Indian spices, yogurt and aromatic kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves). Once you have the marinade ready, slather it onto the fish pieces and marinate for about 15 minutes. You can use your favorite fish to make this pan fried tandoori fish including king fish, pomfret, salmon, barramundi and tilapia. It’s not so easy to pick a favorite, this marinade pairs perfectly well with each and every fish listed above. As you know, this recipe is a no-brainer.
