Believe it or not, I’m not into sports at all. But, for some reason, I’d always been a huge fan of the Brazilian football team. So naturally, I watched their semifinal match against Germany. When Germany scored goals one after the other, I felt like one of the Brazilians. It was such a devastating defeat. Really disappointing! It’s alright Brazil; you can do it next time. Today’s recipe is not related to football. As you already know, I’d been busy cooking the last weekend. Usually, I post only one recipe a week. But this time, I just couldn’t wait to share them with you. Cooking with raw bananas is very popular in the state of Kerala (India). During my early days of cooking, I didn’t even know how to peel them. But luckily, I learned the right technique. So, I’ve also included some pictures for those who want to do it the right way. This recipe is a simple stir fry. Traditionally, they are made using raw plaintain. But, if they are not available, you can use the smaller ones (like in my recipe).
