My 12-year-old son recently started eating greens (I’m so happy!) thanks to his wonderful teacher, who is growing veggies with the kids, and cooking! I am going to see if she will try this with them. Thanks again, Mrs. Jain, for all you do. We love your food, and I appreciate how easy your recipes are!
My oh my this is one of my absolute favorite dishes now! My teenagers cannot get enough so I am making it every couple days. They really love the open-faced sandwiches with cream cheese. The perfect after school snack!
