Greek yogurt: Use full fat Greek yogurt for the best flavor. You can also use plain yogurt, just use less water when you dilute the sauce. Tahini: This Mediterranean sesame paste is easy to find in most grocery stores. Grated garlic (optional): We love it with a little grated garlic to make a punchy sauce. If you are garlic averse, leave it out and it still tastes great. We often omit the garlic if we’re serving with something that’s also garlicky (like tomato confit).
