Who doesn’t love all things cheesy? When simple, easy, minimal ingredient recipes are setting the stage for easier meal times, let me introduce you to an easy peasy snack idea. Cheese crisps. Simple sliced cheese cut into squares are baked in the oven until crisp. The baking is done low and slow so the cheese slices will crisp up perfectly. I love to add a light sprinkle of Italian seasoning to level up the flavor. 

Two Ingredient Cheese Crisps Recipe

Prepare cheese slices – I used cheddar cheese in this recipe, but choose your favorite to make the best crisps. Cut the cheese into squares. Now, use a small skewer or straw to poke a hole in the middle of each square. That way, the cheese will hold its shape and turn crisp easily.  Bake  or air fry – Arrange all the slices on a baking tray and bake. When done, the crisps will be golden and very crunchy. So yum!
