Refrigerate. Leftovers can be stored for a 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator. Freeze. This vegetarian meatloaf freezes perfectly! Slice it into pieces and place it in a sealable container in the freezer. Reheat the meatloaf in a 375°F oven.
