Omit the herbs and seasonings. Blend up the goat cheese and Greek yogurt without the herbs and seasonings: add a pinch or two of salt to round out the flavor. Spread onto crostini or in a shallow bowl. Top with honey, jam, or blueberry sauce. This blueberry sauce recipe is especially tasty served with goat cheese!
