A few more healthy snack ideas: We’ve used this for parties on many occasions with great success. It’s got no refined sugar and is naturally sweet. It’s easy, healthy, and economical, and would also go well with this homemade granola too. Give it a good stir and serve alongside your favorite fruit — we like apples best, but banana slices, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and pears are also delicious. If you prefer a thicker dip, use plain Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt. Feel free play around with using skyr or another type of yogurt (and let us know how it turns out!). You could also make this with vanilla-flavored yogurt; if you go that route I’d omit the honey and vanilla extract if I were you since most vanilla yogurts contain sugar already. Also, your yogurt fruit dip might separate a little in the fridge — that’s normal! Just give it a good stir before serving.
